I agree with you. It’s a lot of wasted potential. Some decent concept introduced in the first episodes, but when the routine kicks in, it’s very blandThe only really episode in my opinion is #26, in which they have to walk home with wet bandages and end caught up in situatuions which show their alienness to this the recent world.

The mystical elements aren’t what make this show stupid. What makes the show stupid is how badly these mystical elements are pulled off. If I had a choice between watching this and Buffy, I’d watch Buffy because they pull off the mystical elements with far more skill. There are also better children’s shows that aren’t completely logical and yet are better made than this. Not everything has to be Gargoyles or Batman, sure, but there should be some effort involved. The flying motorcycle (which is never explained) proves that no one spent enough effort on this show.

It’s a fun show. If you think about everything logic an every show-they musnt’t show anything. You will find something stupid in everything. You also could say-Mummies do not live ( well no, they don’t), there doesn’t exist magic ( perhaps) and whatever.
If judging so hard there wouldn’t exist a lot of good fantasy stuff including Star wars, Charmed,Stargate,Buffy,x-Men…., well—
I think that would be a little boring, wouldn’t it?
So…if you do not like this show ( made for children-remember?) than: DO NOT WATCH IT. Nobody makes you to do, but do not laugh about children and people who do and just enjoy the fun for a few minutes.
I liked it and like it still-I’m able to have joy even if the Motorcycle is able to fly.
