Hey, I’m Matthew Willard, but I usually go by Matt. I’m the guy behind Giant Robot Invasion. It’s a blog about everything in the world that bugs or intrigues me. What makes it different from other personal blogs, though, is my approach – I confront these issues in a deliberate comedic style. Kind of like a stand-up comedian, except you can read it anywhere you have access to a computer.
My goal? I just want to make you laugh and share the fun with as many people as possible. I might express some opinions or try to teach you something along the way, but even if you don’t care for that, I hope I can get a few chuckles out of you. At the end of the day, that’s a pretty good deal, as far as I’m concerned.
As for me, I’m a self-proclaimed nerd with a love for explosions and giant robots. (Maybe you could tell by the blog’s title.) And not only do I write for free here, but I’m also available for hire if you want something funny to show your friends or readers.
